STRETCH AND RECOVER - 10 SPACES AVAILABLE
30-40 min Stretch Session moving through muscle soreness. Get blood flowing and learn different techniques to open the hips, loosen the back, stretch the hamstrings and quads. Giving you moves for various parts of the body, relieving the body of stiffness and keeping mobility core strength and increasing your range of motion.
