
Upperbody group
UPPERBODY CLASS WILL BE 6 WEEKS AT A TIME FOR UP TO 8 INDIVIDUALS. We work upperbody using resistance bands and dumbbells, and body weight movements encouraged weekly.

Lowerbody Group
Lowerbody day is 8 individuals for 6 weeks at a time working with bands and body weight and incorporating weight training to build body goals!



Fullbody Group
Fullbody class will be offered Thursday and every other Saturday. This class we work high intensity cardio based movements with strength training working the entire body.
