Upperbody group

UPPERBODY CLASS WILL BE FOR UP TO 8 INDIVIDUALS. We work upperbody using resistance bands and dumbbells, and body weight movements encouraged weekly. 2 DROP INS WELCOME EA CLASS

Lowerbody Group

Lowerbody day is 6 individuals at a time working with bands and body weight and incorporating weight training to build body goals! 2 DROP IN SLOT OPEN WEEKLY

Fullbody Group

Fullbody class will be offered Thursday and pop up Saturdays! This class we work high intensity cardio based movements with strength training working the entire body. ALL LEVELS WELCOME
