We work Upper Body using resistance bands and dumbbells, and body weight movements encouraged weekly.

Fullbody Group Class

FULL BODY - 6 SPACES AVAILABLE PER CLASS

In this class we will work high intensity cardio based movements, along with strength training to work the entire body.

ALL LEVELS WELCOME

Stretch and Recover

STRETCH AND RECOVER - 10 SPACES AVAILABLE

30-40 min Stretch Session moving through muscle soreness. Get blood flowing and learn different techniques to open the hips, loosen the back, stretch the hamstrings and quads. Giving you moves for various parts of the body, relieving the body of stiffness and keeping mobility core strength and increasing your range of motion.
