Cancellation Policy

Please read the following Training policy carefully: 2 OPTIONS FOR 1 ON 1 TRAINING. PT sessions agreed upon to meet on designated days and times are permanent , if those change contact the trainer directly. · Clients must cancel out of a class or training session with at least 24 hours’ notice. · If you cancel within the 24-hour time period of the start time of the class/session, you will be charged for that class/session. • A client will be charged $5 Late fee if payment is not made in full on the week or the day of scheduled session · If you pay in advance and cancel 24 hrs in advance, the payment will roll over •PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF OTHERS TIME AND SPACE DURING GROUP CLASSES · All class cancellations should be done via text or call 24HRS in advance Refund Policy: REFUNDS WILL BE MADE IN EMERGENCY CIRCUMSTANCES AS FOLLOWS: IMMEDIATE FAMILY EMERGENCY, CAR ACCIDENT OR HOSPITALIZATION Otherwise Fitchick Motivation Fitness will be not giving any refunds.
