We are bringing some release to your life, Mindfulness and intention to connect with the body to get uncomfortable and challenge the body for change!! Join this challenge to get a 21-day program Tone up 101 You get daily prompts explaining how to do certain muscle groups with the bands plus mindfulness check ins at the end of each WEEK RELFECT SET GOALS OR JUST EXPRESS WHAT STRUGGLES YOU MAY HAVE ENCOUNTERED. Spend 10min max doing rounds of 5 moves with these bands. We will be working our Upper and Lower body and Core strength. HAVE FUN AND CHALLENGE A LITTLE MORE EACH DAY!!
